About Me

I am currenty a graduate student at APSU studying Biology with a focus on Ornithology. I started working in conservation in 2012, when I worked as an intern with the National Park Service protecting Piping Plovers in New Jersey. Coming from a nomadic family, I have rambled from the Southeast to the Northeast to the desert West before ending up in Tennessee. I'm not sure what else to say, besides that I love hiking, conservation, and everything outdoors. Bienvenu.

Research

I am currently researching the apparent survival of White-throated Sparrows (Zonotrichia albicollis) in Tennessee for my Master's Thesis.

Also included is a brief summary of my undergraduate capstone project implanting radio telemetry tags in brown trout (Salmo trutta).
